Background

Eligible Nigerians have always had to vote for their leaders since 1960. The country has however been plagued with problematic leadership and electoral challenges. Elections in Nigeria are held every four years with the next one slated for the 25th of February and 11th of March 2023. This forthcoming election is noteworthy as it will usher in a new President, Vice-President and other important office holders to power.

This gives Nigerians the chance to change the leaders in power through their votes. Do you know that during the 2019 general elections, of the 85 million people who registered to vote, only 28 million people actually voted? Let this time be different.
